Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.P.P. and learned counsel for respondent No.2. After hearing for some time, when this Court expressed disinclination to grant bail, the learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file fresh appeal for bail after recording the evidence of the complainant.

Leave granted. The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Since Mrs. Mapari, learned counsel is appointed to represent the respondent No.2, her legal fees and expenses is quantified at Rs.10,000/- to be paid by the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad.
