Heard learned counsel for the applicant -wife who is seeking transfer of Petition No.(A) 830/2020 filed by respondent/ husband which is pending in the Family Court, Mumbai at Bandra to the Court of Civil Judge, Civil Judge Senior Division, Shrigonda, Dist. Ahmednagar. 2.

According to the petitioner she has filed complaint u/s.125 of Crpc before concerned Magistrate at Shrigonda. She claims that, it would be convenient for her if the Marriage Petition pending at Bandra is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Shrigonda, District Ahmednagar since it is highly difficult for her to attend the Court at Bandra especially when she is having two years old son.

The respondent -husband despite service of notice of final disposal remained absent for the reason best known to him. In view of the same, following order is passed :

ORDER

1.

The application is hereby allowed.

2.

The Petition No.(A) 830/2020 pending in the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai is hereby transferred to the Court of learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Shrigonda, Dist. Ahmadnagar. 3.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
