Respondent Nos.1 and 2, though, have duly served, none has entered appearance in the matter.

In the companion matter, this Court has condoned similar delay occasioned in filing the appeal by the present applicants. On perusal of the application filed in the present matter, it is revealed that the delay has been sufficiently explained by the applicants. As such, I am inclined to allow the present application. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

I) The delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned.

{2} 935 CA 8236 of 2018 II) Civil application is disposed of.

III) Appeal be registered in accordance with law.

IV) After registration of appeal, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 09.10.2018.
