As the Writ Petition is finally decided and the Review Application is also dismissed, Civil Application No.3923 of 2024 for withdrawal of deposited amount along with accrued interest is allowed.

The amount deposited in this court along with accrued interest is directed to be transmitted to the Labour Court, Latur. However, the Labour Court, Latur shall not disburse the same until 02.12.2024. Thereafter, the amounts as directed shall be permitted to be withdrawn by the applicants / employees, subject to any order being received from the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the Special Leave Petition filed by the writ petitioners.

Mr. Rupesh Hake, learned counsel appearing for the contractors / respondents no.57 to 59, opposed the application for withdrawal of amount. However, in view of the final judgment of this court, the request is rejected.
