Heard the respective counsels.

The petitioner has prayed for direction against respondent nos.3 to 5 to make necessary changes in the Teachers Transfer Management Online Portal and further to give revised postings to the petitioner considering his eligibility and entitlement with immediate effect.

Now, counsel for the petitioner refers to paragraph no.6 of the affidavit in reply of respondent nos.3 to 5 wherein a statement has been made that the petitioner will be considered for including in the teachers transfer management online portal as and when it will be open by the Government of Maharashtra for transfer process as per rules. He further argued that the portal has been opened on 11th of

62-wp-3837-2024.odt (2) this month and the last date for submission is 28.02.2025. In view of this situation, the petition be disposed of on the basis of the above statement made by respondent nos.3 to 5.

Counsel for respondent nos.3 to 5 would submit that it is upto the petitioner to comply with all necessary documents on the portal. It is only a forwarding authority. That portal has already been opened. If the petitioner would submit with required compliances, they will do or take necessary action as per rules. 5.

In view thereof, we dispose of the writ petition permitting the petitioner to apply or submit the request online portal opened by the Government of Maharashtra for transfer process as per rules. If the submissions are according to the rules, respondent nos.3 to 5 as per their statement should forward it to the concerned authority for transfer.

No order as to costs.
