PER COURT :- 1.

The applicant / original petitioner seeks leave to amend the Writ Petition. Proposed amendment is set out from page 6 of the Civil Application till page 13 and the prayer clauses sought to be added are at page No.14 of the Civil Application.

Learned Advocate for the respondent institution submits that he would file a detailed affidavit in reply after the petitioner amends the petition. He further submits that the petition can be taken up for final hearing.

In the light of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. The petitioner shall amend his Writ Petition, strictly as per the proposed amendment, as noted above, within two weeks from today. The respondent in the Writ Petition shall file it's affidavit in reply within three weeks thereafter.
