2] The parties are before the respondent no.1 before whom the respondent no.3 has preferred an Appeal under Section 43 of the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963. The petitioner is contesting that Appeal inter alia on the ground of jurisdiction. The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the respondent no.1 would decide the Appeal within 4 weeks.
