The matter is not on board. It is taken on today's board with the consent of learned advocate for the appellant/original claimant. Learned Advocate Ms. Mangal Chavan holding for Mr. R. P. Chavan and Mr. M. M. Ambhore holding for Mr. Deshmukh, are present. 2.
The matter is settled between the parties and compromise pursis and consent terms are placed on record and the same are taken on record and marked as Art. 'X' and 'Y' respectively for identification purpose.

The matter has been settled between the parties at Rs.75,000/- as full and final settlement including interest and costs. The appellant / original claimant is present before this panel of today's National Lok-Adalat and he admits the same. Mr. Sanket Bhimgade, Administrative Officer of the Insurance Company is also present.

The amount of compensation of full and final settlement of Rs.75,000/- shall be deposited before the MACT, Aurangabad within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
The appeal stands disposed of in view of consent terms. The parties to bear their own cost.

The Chairman/ Member of MACT, Aurangabad shall pass an appropriate order regarding disbursement of amount of compensation to the original claimant.
7.
The court fee refund certificate be issued to the appellant as per rules.
8.
The Chairman/Member, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad be informed accordingly.
9.
