DATE : JUNE 19, 2020 PER COURT :- Heard Mr.Chalak, learned Counsel for the petitioner. He submits that the charges on which the petitioner has been suspended are untenable. During the lock-down period, the petitioner could not have been expected to remain present. The charges are for the period the lock-down was in force. Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is suffering from Diabetes and Hypertension and it would not be possible for the

The suspension is pending enquiry. Same is not by way of punishment. The Headquarter of the petitioner is at Ambejogai. The petitioner has been directed to remain present at the office at Ambejogai twice a week.

In view of the aforesaid, we do not feel it appropriate to entertain the petition at this stage. The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
