The parties have arrived at a compromise. The petitioner and the Respondent No.2 have executed a compromise deed duly verified before the learned I/c Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 2.

The parties are also present in the Court. They are duly identified by their Advocates. The said compromise is taken on record and marked "X" for identification purpose.

In the compromise deed, it is agreed that the petitioner will not object for using the said road by Respondent No.2 to go to his field. It is

In view of the compromise, petition stands disposed of as such. 5.

The impugned judgment and order is hereby confirmed. 6.
