By this application, applicant seeks restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No. 1090 of 2015, which was dismissed in default by this Court by an order dated 17th March, 2016.

Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant. For the reasons stated in the application, the Writ Petition No. 1090 of 2015 is restored, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- (Rs. Two Thousand ) to be paid by the applicant to the Library, Advocates Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within period of two weeks from today. 3.

If the receipt of payment of cost is produced, issue notice to respondent, returnable on 3rd May, 2016, indicating that the matter will be taken for final disposal at the admission stage.

In the meantime, office objections be removed, failing which the matter shall stand dismiss without further reference to the Court. 5.
