Perused the application. Heard learned advocates for the applicants and respondents, respectively.

Considering the reasons stated in the application it appears that, the delay is not deliberately caused therefore the delay of 273 days stands condoned in the interest of justice. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and permission to bring legal representatives on record is granted by setting aside the abatement. 5.

The application is disposed of accordingly.

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week in appeal memo as well as in other applications.
