This application is filed seeking clarification / modification of the order dated 12-12-2024 passed by this court in the Civil Application No. 11802/2024.

Clause-iv of the operative part of the said order be deleted and be read as under:

"iv] After the amount is withdrawn, 50% of the amount of withdrawn be kept in fixed deposit atleast

(2) 19ca5046.25 for five years and thereafter the amount of interest be credited to the account of applicant No. 1 every quarter."

Necessary corrections be carried out and corrected copy be uploaded.
