The petitioner is making a prayer for directing the police machinery to take appropriate steps for arresting the accused persons in Crime no.0313 of 2022, registered with Majalgaon Rural Police Station, Tq.Majalgaon, Dist.Beed, for the ofence punishable under Sections 307, 327, 323, 504, 506, 120-B, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3, 25 of the Indian Arms Act. 2.

The learned APP for the respondents-State, on instructions, submits that the Investigating Ofcer has submitted 'B Final Summary Report'. He also tenders across the bar its copy.
