By this application, filed within limitation, the applicant- petitioner prays for restoration of the writ petition to it's original stage, since it was dismissed for non removal of office objections.

Heard the learned advocates for the respective sides. 3.

For the reasons set out in the civil application, the same is allowed on the following conditions :-

938-CA-6830-22 (a) All office objections shall be removed on or before 10-06-2022.

(b) On compliance of the above, the writ petition shall be restoredto the stage it which it was dismissed.

( c ) List writ petition No.7471 of 2021 in the urgent admissions category on 21st June, 2022.
