This Court has caused interference in the matter and directed the parties to maintain status quo noticing that appellate forum is not available at Mumbai. About 2 months period has passed since passing of the order. It would be appropriate for the petitioner in the facts and circumstances of the case to approach the appellate forum and secure appropriate orders. 2.

Without entering into merits of the controversy, we direct continuance of the interim order passed by this Court on 06.04.2016 for a period of three weeks so as to facilitate petitioner to approach appellate forum and secure appropriate orders. It is clarified that it would be open for the appellate forum to pass appropriate order on its own merits and in accordance with the provisions of law and, limited interference caused by
