PER COURT :- 1.

Mr. Thombre, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, respondent No.3 be directed to conduct inquiry in respect of the application dated 9.4.2012 against the respondents. Respondents without making inquiry and without inspection has passed the order (page 14). According to the learned counsel, the respondents have mis-used their authority and in collusion have taken up the salary of the employees. They have granted erroneous permission.

Mr. More, learned counsel for respondent submits that order dated 29.12.1990 (page 14) is already assailed by the petitioner in another writ petition and same is pending. 3.

In light of the fact that, order (page 14) is already assailed in the writ petition, petitioner can raise his grievances in the said writ petition.
