Parties and their learned counsels are present before this Court and they tender compromise terms duly verified and sworn before learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court in pursuance of my order passed in the morning. All parties are identified with the assistance of both the learned counsels. They confirm the facts stated in the compromise terms.

In view of the compromise, impugned order passed by the learned Commissioner for E C and 02nd Labour Court, Ahmednagar shall stand quashed and Misc. Application W.C. No. 04 of 2017 stands allowed. The writ petition is disposed of in view of the compromise terms as well as today's minutes.

Ahilyanagar so as to take necessary steps for removing encumbrance created in pursuance of recovery certificate over land Sy. No. 164/16 situated at Shirdi, Tq. Rahata, Dist. Ahilyanagar.
