The appellant/acquiring body has filed Civil Application No.1430 of 2025 for setting aside order dated 09.02.2024 in the main appeal whereby the said appeal was dismissed against deceased respondent No.1A - Vivek Yashwantrao Dange who died on 1/3
16.01.2024. Whereas another application i.e. Civil Application No.1429 of 2025 is filed for bringing his legal representatives on record.

The application appears to be in time as such, Civil Application No.1430 of 2025 stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' and the Civil Application No.1429 of 2025 stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

The appellant/acquiring body has filed Civil Application No.1431 of 2025 for setting aside order dated 09.02.2024 in the main appeal whereby the said appeal was dismissed against deceased sole respondent/claimant - Anjali Abhaykumar Dange who died on 23.10.2023. Whereas another application i.e. Civil Application No.1432 of 2025 is filed for bringing her legal representatives on record by condoning the delay of 132 days. 5.
Considering the right to sue, Civil Application No.1431 of 2025 stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' and the Civil 2/3
