Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the judgment and decree dated 04.08.2003 passed in Civil Appeal No. 8 of 1994 by Additional District Judge, Amalner. 2.

The parties have placed on record the copy of purshis and on affidavit, wherein it is stated that during the pendency of this writ petition, parties have amicably arrived at settlement, pursuant to which, the tenant has handed over the possession of the suit shop to the respondent landlord on 20.02.2025. Purshis is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

As a result of the settlement between the parties which is placed on record alongwith the affidavit, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
