By this application, the original petitioner, who has already complied with first part of the order of this Court dated 02/04/2019 by depositing Rs. 5,00,000/- in this Court, prays for instalments for depositing the remainder amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- in this Court instead of tendering a bank guarantee. It is prayed that an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- in a period of 10 days each would be deposited in this Court and in five instalments, the said amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- would be deposited.

The learned Advocate for the employee - original Appellant submits that this Court may pass an appropriate order.

Considering the statement made, this application is allowed to the extent of permitting the petitioners to deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- per 10 days in this Court which would mean that the applicant shall deposit the amount on or before :- (a) 15/04/2019 --Rs. 1,00,000/-, (b) 25/04/2019 -- Rs. 1,00,000/-, (c) 06/05/2019 -- Rs. 1,00,000/-, (d) 16/05/2019 -- Rs. 1,00,000/- and (e) 27/05/2019 -- Rs. 1,00,000/-.
