{2} The applicant-acquiring body, in both these applications, is seeking condonation of delay of 1337 days, which appears to be caused due to obtaining approvals at various stages.

The State is formal party whereas, the Respondent No.1-claimant, despite service, remained absent. As such, delay of 1337 days, in both these applications, stand condoned.

Appeals be placed for admission, after removal of offce objections, if any.
