The applicants have moved a pursis for speaking to the minutes. It is stated in the pursis that by order dated 02.05.2025, appellants were permitted to pay the Court fees on the amount claimed by them in the appeal and delay in filing application was condoned. 2.

It is further pointed out that this Court waived objection of delay, as there was no delay in filing the appeal. It is, therefore, submitted that the order dated 02.05.2025 may be appropriately modified.

The order dated 02.05.2025 be substituted as follows : "Objection of delay in filing First Appeal is waived.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the First Appeal is restored.
