It is informed that the injured Rudragir is passed away. Death certificate is placed on record.

This application has been moved for quashment of the FIR, being C.R. No.121/2015 registered with Beed Rural Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 143, 147, 148, 450, 307, 336 read with 120-B, 395 read with sections 149 and 427 read with section 149 of the Indian Penal Code and consequential chargesheet filed in Sessions Case No. 78 of 2018 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Beed.

This application has been mainly moved on the ground of consent of informant and injured as well. One of the injured Rudragir

-2died pending the matter. Informant and other two injured namely Bharat and Suman have filed their affidavits expressing their consent for allowing the application. Therefore, in the aforesaid factual backdrop directing the prosecution to take the case to the logical conclusion would be exercise in futility. It would be wastage of judicial time as well.

In view of the above, the criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" on the condition that the applicants to deposit an amount of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand only) as costs, in the Registry of this Court on or before 29.06.2023 alongwith the details, such as, name of the depositor, his/her PAN number, Mobile number and address. On deposit of the said amount, as aforesaid, the Registry is directed to transmit the said amount alongwith the aforesaid details of the depositor, to the NAAM Foundation, which is working for prevention of suicidal death of farmers in Maharashtra State, as early as possible.
