In that view of the matter, Mr. Shaikh Mazhar A. Jahagirdar, learned counsel upon instructions from the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present Application. Permission is granted. 3.

Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the Applicant to file application of regular bail afresh before the trial court after filing of the Charge-Sheet.
