The applicants ( original respondents 4 and 5) pray for condonation of delay of 82 days caused in filing the review application. 2.

No affidavit in reply is filed by the learned Advocate. 3.

Reasons for delay in filing review application are explained in Paragraph 4. For the reasons recorded in Paragraph 4, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Delay of 82 days in filing review application is condoned.

Affidavit of the applicant in support of the civil application is dispensed with.

Reply, if any, in the review application shall be filed by the respondents within one week from today and copies shall be served
