The petitioner is disputing apportionment of the amount of compensation. According to the petitioner, the respondent No.6 has been paid more compensation than the petitioner. The dispute would be about apportionment of the amount.

The petitioner has remedy under Section 76 of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 with regard to the dispute

(2) WP No.8379/2018 as to apportionment. The petitioner may resort to the said remedy as may be permissible in law.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
