ORDER:

The dispute is with regard to hearing disability of the petitioner. According to the respondents, the petitioner possesses only 25% hearing disability and as such cannot be considered from Physically Handicapped Category.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner possesses more than 40% disability and certificate has been issued by the Medical Board to that effect. There are certificates showing different disability.

Considering the above, it would be appropriate to refer the petitioner to Medical Bard for re-examination of the hearing disability.

The petitioner may appear before the Government Medical College, Aurangabad, on 08.03.2018. The Government Medical College, Aurangabad shall examine the hearing disability of the petitioner and shall issue certificate accordingly. 5.
On the basis of said certificate, the respondent shall take further decision with regard to the eligibility of the petitioner to be considered from Physically Handicapped Category. 6.
