Considering the fact that by the impugned order/communication dated 21/02/2025, the proposal for grant of petitioner's approval as a 'Shikshan Sevak' has been turned down, the writ petition is disposed of keeping open the avenue for the petitioner to approach to the authority by resorting to the remedy as prescribed under the Government Resolution dated 27/03/2024.
