DATE : JUNE 19, 2020 PER COURT :- The validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of petitioner is pending with the respondent/ Committee.

This Court has twice directed the Committee to decide the claim of the petitioner. The claim, which is pending since the year 2014, has not yet been decided.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance has been conducted. He submits that the examination form of the petitioner for the examination of Summer, 2020, is not accepted. 4.

Learned AGP submits that the Committee would decide the validation proceedings within four weeks. 5.

In the light of the above, we pass following order :- (i) As undertaken by the Committee, the Committee shall decide the validation proceedings of the petitioner within a period of four months from today.

(ii) If there is no other impediment, the University and College shall not refuse the examination form of the petitioner only on the ground that the validation is pending and shall declare the result of the petitioner.
