Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that pre purchase notice is issued by the Sub Divisional Offcercum-Land Acquisition, Latur. Name of the present petitioner is not included in the Schedule attached to the said notice. The petitioner is also one of the owners of the said land. Public notice has been issued. The petitioner has already raised an objection to the said public notice, as contended by the petitioner. The Authority certainly will consider the grievance putforth by the petitioner on its own merits after hearing all the parties concerned, before proceeding further. 2.
