1] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad dated 20.07.2022 is challenged before the Hon'ble Minister, however, the Hon' ble Minister is not taken up the matter for hearing even on interim relief.
