Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 114/2025 dated 15.3.2025 registered with Pundilik Nagar Police Station, Chh. Sambhajinagar for the offences punishable under sections 118(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) r/w. 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicants, on instruction, seels leave of this Court to withdraw the application of applicant No. 1. Leave is granted. The application of applicant No. 1 is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

As regards application of applicant Nos. 2 and 3 is concerned, the role attributed against them is that they have assaulted the complainant with fist and kicks and the corresponding simple injuries are caused. 5.

The learned counsel for the applicant Nos. 2 and 3 submits that the applicants and the informant are related with each other. The learned counsel submits that applicant No. 2 is the brother of the complainant. Considering that the parties are related with each other and grievous injuries are attributed to the applicant No. 1, I hold that anticipatory bail

ABA 549/25 can be granted to applicant Nos. 2 and 3.

In view of the above, the application of applicant Nos. 2 and 3 is allowed and the interim protection granted on 3.4.2025 in favour of applicant No. 2 is confirmed.

In the event the applicant No. 3 is arrested in connection with Crime No. 114/2025 dated 15.3.2025 registered with Pundilik Nagar Police Station, Chh. Sambhajinagar for the offences punishable under sections 118(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2) r/w. 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023, he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. to the on the following terms : i] The applicant Nos. 2 and 3 shall attend the police station on 2nd and 3rd May, 2025 and thereafter as and when required. ii] The above applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii] The above applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court. 8.

In the event, the above applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 9.

It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited for the purpose of the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall not be influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
