Initially the next date as tomorrow was given for collecting information from the Advocate of University and to ascertain as to whether affiliation was granted by the University to the Respondent / college. Later on, in the second session, the learned counsel for Petitioners turned up and made statement, on instructions, that affiliation came to be granted to the college subsequently. In view of this statement and as he submitted, on instructions, that he wants to withdrawn the proceedings, both the proceedings are disposed of as withdrawn. The interim relief was already granted and so the purpose is served.
