By this Civil Application, the State prays that time to comply with the directions dated 05.10.2012 be extended. The learned Advocate for the original Petitioners submits that the order dated 05.10.2012 has already been implemented. Even otherwise, the Civil Application filed on 09.04.2013 praying for extension of time to comply with the order dated 05.10.2012, would not have been considered by us in 2017. In the light of the above, the Civil Application has become infructuous and stands disposed of.
