The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that he has intimated the petitioners vide his communication dated 25/02/2019 that he is withdrawing his appearance, alongwith Adv.Mr.Kolte, on behalf of the petitioners. Copy of the purshis alongwith original Registered Speed Post receipts, the copy of the communication and the tracking report, are placed on record. All these documents are marked as "X", collectively for identification. 2.

In view of the above, the appearance of Mr.Tungar and Mr.Kolte, on behalf of the petitioners, is discharged. 3.

I find that the petitioners have been served with the notice of khs/MARCH 2019/11114-d

- 2 - the learned Advocate on 26/02/2019 at 16.46 hours, as per the tracking report. It is more than a month that the petitioners have been intimated and have not entered their appearance through another Advocate.
