We have perused the interlocutory order dated 03.01.2023 passed by the learned Tribunal.

Heard the learned counsel for the respective sides. 3.

The learned counsel for the original applicant submits that the interim relief sought was in terms of prayer clause 'C' and the Tribunal has referred to prayer clause 'B', which was a final relief sought. Actually, the Tribunal should have referred to prayer clause 'C' and considered the submissions of the learned advocates for the respective sides.

We are loath in interfering with interlocutory order. Moreover, the Tribunal has expedited the final hearing in the matter considering the peculiar facts.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We request the learned Tribunal to conduct a final hearing of the Original Application No. 105 of 2020, before the Tribunal breaks for vacation and further request that a final order be passed on or before 15th June, 2023.
