By way of civil application no. 05925 of 2018, the applicants - petitioners seek withdrawal of the writ petition.

The grounds for seeking withdrawal of the petition are mentioned in paragraphs 03 and 04 of the application.

In view of the above referred facts, the civil application is allowed. Resultantly, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn. The civil application and the writ petition both are disposed of accordingly. Rule in the writ petition is discharged with no order as to costs.
