We have heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned AGP for respondents.

2] At present the prayer made by the petitioner cannot be considered. Husband of the petitioner as claimed by the petitioner is alive. He is entitled for pension. The right will accrue to the petitioner of family pension if any, upon the death of the husband. The husband is not also before us The petitioner claims that husband has nominated another woman as a nominee and she is second wife. The same will have to be established by the petitioner. In the writ jurisdiction the same cannot be gone into. The petitioner may take up the proceeding as may be permissible in law.

3] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
