Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the State has preferred first appeal No. 1873 of 2014 with an application for condonation of delay and even at the time of condonation of delay, the legal representatives of original respondents No.1 claimant appeared before this court by filing caveat. Learned counsel submits that even then legal representatives of respondent No.1 i.e. applicants herein are not taken on record.

I have also heard learned A.G.P. for the respondent-State.
