I find no substance in this miscellaneous civil application. 2.

The applicant-wife is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 124/2018 pending in the Court at Jalgaon to Dhule, where she resides at present. The distance between Jalgaon and Dhule is only 90 Km.

I do not find any substantial reason to transfer the matter from Jalgaon to Dhule though the applicant has a two years daughter and also initiated proceedings at Dhule under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956.
