The learned counsel for the applicant tenders copies of roznama as well as order dt. 27.01.2022 passed by the learned District Judge, Parbhani mentioning that the parties namely the present applicant and respondent No.1 have settled the matter before learned Tribunal in the execution proceeding bearing R. D. (MACP) No. 11/2020 through mediator.

The learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 - Insurance Company submits his no objection if the matter is allowed to be withdrawn. It appears that contesting parties have settled the dispute between themselves. As such the application stands withdrawn.
