It is informed that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court on 05.10.2017, Demand Drafts for Rs.1,00,000/- and Rs.4,601/- were issued in the name of Prayagbai w/o Uttam Tidke and others. It is informed that before the Demand Drafts would be realized, petitioner No.3 - Muktabai Bhaginath Tidke has died. The applicant Nos.3(a) and 3(b) are legal heirs of petitioner No.3.

In view of above, ends of justice would be met if the applicants are directed to return back the Demand Drafts received by them to the Registrar of this Court and by issuing further direction to the

{2} 908 CA 5159 of 2018 Registrar to issue fresh Demand Drafts for the aforesaid amounts in the name of applicants of Civil Application No.5159 of 2018, and it is accordingly directed.
