The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 24/08/2021 whereby registration of his frst appeal was refused for non-removal of offce objections. There is also a huge delay for fling this application. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all the offce objections within one week. 3.

In view of the same, the order dated 24/08/2021 stands recalled and the appeal be restored for removal of offce objections within one weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.2,000/- to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.
