The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' as under :

This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction in the like nature and direct the Ld. Tahsildar and Ld. Talathi, to take mutation as per the Pot Hissa measurement conducted by the Ld. S.L.R. Washi, and to prepare supplementary 7/12 extract as in respect of share of petitioner in Sy. No. 1, situated at village Pardi, Tq. Washi, Dist. Osmanabad.

By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature; the respondent authorities may kindly be directed to prepare andissue supplementary 7/12 extract in respect of land Sy. No. 1, situated at Village Pardi, as per the Pot Hissa measurement conducted by the Ld. S.L.R. and report dated 19/11/2018.

We have considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/state.

There is no dispute that the representation made by the petitioner to the Sub Divisional Committee at the taluka level and received by the said authority on 31.01.2022, can be decided in the light of the Government Resolution dated 18th January, 2013.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. We direct respondent No. 5 to consider the said representation in accordance with the procedure laid down in law and pass appropriate orders on or before 15th September 2022. 5.

No costs.
