The petitioner prays that his representations dated 11th April, 2016 and 06th October, 2016 be decided by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar. The learned counsel for the Management submits that whenever the Education Officer summons them for a hearing, they would remain present without causing any delay.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect respondent no. 3 to follow the due procedure laid down in law and deal with the representations of the petitioner, after affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, on or before 15th June, 2023.
