Learned counsel for the applicant disclosed that the sentence awarded by the trial court is in default of making payment of compensation amount of Rs.2,00,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The applicant has deposited the compensation amount of Rs.2,00,000/- and thereafter he has been released on bail. Hence, there is no question of suspension of sentence, which is already undergone. 2.

In view of above, criminal application No. 1323 of 2022 stands disposed of.
