Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The mother of the applicant is critical. The applicant is the only son to look after her. She is suffering from Carcinoma Cervix at Critical Stage IV A. The applicant was already granted temporary bail to look after his mother. However considering the critical condition of his mother, the temporary bail is extended for more one month from today. After the said period is over, the applicant shall surrender to the concerned jail authorities.
