This the Application for Temporary Bail on the ground that the Applicant's mother is on death bed.

The Appeal has been admitted. The learned Advocate for the Applicant places on record the photographs of the Applicant's mother to show that she is at the last stage.

Considering the ground and the condition of the Applicant' s mother as seen from the photographs, without touching the merits of the matter we pass the following order:

ORDER

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant, namely, Shriram Janardhan Navpute be released from the jail on Temporary Bail for a period of three (03) months, on furnishing P. R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) before the Jail Authority.

(iii) The Applicant shall surrender before the concerned Jail on the expiry of three (03) months after his release. (iv) During this period of Temporary Bail, the Applicant shall attend the Chikhalthana Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad once in a week on every Monday between 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
