By this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have challenged the interim order dated 5.4.2018 passed by the Appellate Court.

On due consideration of the submissions advanced in the light of order passed by the Appellate Court which is interim in nature, I am of the view no interference is called for in exercise of writ jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 3.

The Appellate Court is directed to expedite the hearing of the appeal and decide the same as expeditiously as possible within three months from the date of this order.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners urge to stay the order passed by this Court. Since, this Court has not passed any order against the petitioners or respondents and only refused to entertain the writ petition against the interim order and directed the Appellate Court to expedite the hearing of appeal, there is no question of stay be granted to order passed by this Court.

Petition dismissed.
